Many companies prefer the so-called “design-build” method of managing their development needs. In such a situation, the company either owns or controls the land and hires a contractor to build the building according to the company’s specs. The company funds construction through a series of progress payments to the contractor.  

Highland Equity can manage this process for you, including hiring the contractor and funding the development. Such an arrangement can be kept off balance sheet for accounting and can provide you with a seamless, turn-key outcome.
